Unlimited revisions. "Quick" or "easy" jobs. "We'll know it when we see it". "While you're at it" add-ons. ASAP with no date. Pay in exposure or "future work". Ongoing support with no end. Vague catch-alls like "and anything else". No budget, no deadline, no deliverables. None of these mean run. They mean write it down before you start.
