# Scopease

> Scopease is scope-locking software for freelancers and small agencies: lock the original scope, get client approval through a private link, turn extra requests into priced change orders, and invoice only approved work.

Key facts:

- Workflow: write and lock the original scope (deliverables, price, revision allowance) → the client approves it through a private link → any new ask becomes a change order with an added price and timeline impact → the client approves or declines, optionally with a note → invoices are built from the approved scope plus approved change orders. Every decision is timestamped.
- Client approval links are private links on app.scopease.xyz (app.scopease.xyz/a/…). Only your client's email can approve. They sign in with the email you set on the approval link.
- Pricing: Free is $0 for 1 project; archiving a project doesn't free the slot. Pro is $12 USD per month for unlimited projects, unlimited change orders, full timestamped approval history, and invoices from every approved change. Prices are shown in USD at checkout. No GST or additional taxes are added. Pay with Indian cards + UPI, or international cards (US, UK, Canada and more).
- Payments: Scopease does not collect payments from clients. It locks scope, records every approved change, and builds the invoice from approved work. You collect payment your usual way. Razorpay is only used for the freelancer's own Pro subscription.
- Not a project management tool: no tasks, sprints, Gantt charts, chat, time tracking, CRM, or backlog. Not legal or accounting advice.
- Audience: solo freelancers (developers, designers, writers, marketers, consultants) and small agencies.
